Our Menopause Clinic offers Menopause advice and treatment to women in Perimenopause and Menopause. Extensive screening and support is available.

Annual Licence renewal available. Please call to book as you may be eligible for other assessments to coincide with this renewal.

We provide destination-specific travel medicine advice, including preventative medications for malaria and other infectious diseases. Travel documentation is available if requested.

We also provide adult immunisations as per National Immunisation Program (NIP) including Pneumococcal, Shingles and Covid-19.

Clinical Lab Pathology is available 0830-1230pm, Monday to Friday. No appointment is necessary. We will accept pathology forms from other providers.

An Annual Health Assessment is available to all patients, who are 75 years old and over and is an in-depth look at all aspects of your health. This assessment provides a great opportunity to review your overall health and your physical, psychological and social function and to discuss with your doctor any concerns you may have.

A Health assessment is also offered for those aged between 45 years old and 49. The assessment aims to assist in early detection and prevention of chronic diseases. It enables prevention strategies and involves full history, current health issues and concerns, along with lifestyle risk factors.

There are three NSW prescribing pathways for ADHD. These are:

• Specialists (Psychiatrists/Paediatricians): Diagnose ADHD, initiate stimulant treatments, and manage complex cases or multi-condition patients.
• GP Continuation Prescribers: Provide ongoing repeat prescriptions and routine health monitoring for stable patients (aged 6+) who already have a formal specialist diagnosis.
• GP Endorsed Prescribers: Advanced-trained GPs who can independently diagnose and initiate treatment for uncomplicated ADHD (currently very limited availability across NSW).

Dr Sharmila Raju is a certified GP Continuation Prescriber. We offer co-management of established ADHD, vital health monitoring (blood pressure, heart rate, weight), side-effect checks, and issuing repeat prescriptions under NSW Health guidelines.

While our practice currently cannot diagnose new cases or initiate stimulant medication for new patients (for that you will need a specialist referral), by using our practice, you will have fewer expensive specialist appointments solely for routine repeat scripts, and have easier access to medication reviews and ongoing care with a regular GP close to home.

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence‐based therapy for trauma, including childhood trauma, that helps the brain process distressing memories and move forward.

Delivered by a registered Clinical Psychologist, EMDR can ease anxiety, improve emotional regulation, and support lasting mental health and wellbeing. Ask your GP for a referral, or enquire at reception.

EMDR processing takes place over a 90-minute session, charged at $360 per session. Medicare rebates are accessible for these sessions, via GP Mental health care plan.
