He has worked extensively in both the public and private sectors, leading teams of psychologists across community, forensic, and inpatient settings. He has worked in GP practices and with teams of psychiatrists in the private sector. JH is passionate about helping individuals achieve their full potential. He supports clients transitioning into adulthood and adults as they navigate various life stages and its obstacles by providing evidence-based treatment such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and Solution Focused Therapy. JH has a strong interest in trauma-informed care and specialises in the treatment of trauma using Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
